Over the past three years, I was a key member of the team responsible for maintaining and enhancing Macquarie Bank's .com.au website. My role focused on improving the site's usability and aligning it with the marketing department's needs and business priorities. These enhancements demanded considerable effort from both the production and development teams and significantly boosted customer interactions and overall website performance.
My work also involved a strategic redesign of the bank's digital infrastructure. I was instrumental in creating a new design system and component library for the website, preparing it for a future connection with a token library. Additionally, I worked closely with developers to create a new authoring platform, free of legacy components. My decisions were strategically focused on accommodating future brand changes, ensuring the platform's long-term adaptability.
